Detective Nick Mathers loses everything in the pursuit of a killer: his wife, his eldest daughter, his girlfriend. With a 15 minute time limit on each move, Nick races against time to work out the killers methods before the clock ticks down to the end of Lisa's life. While Nick and ex-girlfriend Ali struggle to find and stop the killer, Lisa fights the suspicion of her fellow captives that her father is as sick as the psycho who k*dnapped them. As runs out, Nick works out the link between the placement of the victims when they are killed, and their placement on the board - the city is one great big chess board for the killer. Departing a Caribbean eco-paradise on their return flight to the U.S. the vacationers and honeymooners aboard don't realize that their real adventure is just beginning. Hidden on the ill-fated plane are army ants, a super-organism comprised of millions of individuals, whose only imperative is survival. Emerging thru the tiniest spaces of the aircraft's interior as individuals they quickly coalesce into a black swarm and attack, to feed and or to defend themselves. Once they overwhelm a victim there is no escape. If that terror isn't enough there is a second threat to their survival when the pilot is refused permission to land, anywhere - because the ants are like the plague or bird flu that might not be able to be contained. The threat is considered so serious that if they attempt to land in the U.S. F16's are in the air ready to shoot them down. It's now up to the pilot, a woman who has her young daughter aboard as a passenger, to get everyone down safely. Somewhere. If you feel something crawling up your leg better hope it doesn't bite.

About Soul:
Directed by two-time Academy Award®-winner Pete Docter, co-directed by Kemp Powers and produced by Academy Award®-nominee Dana Murray, Disney and Pixar’s “Soul” opens in theaters on June 19, 2020. According to Docter, the idea for the story is 23 years in the making. “It started with my son—he’s 23 now—but the instant he was born, he already had a personality,” says Docter. “Where did that come from? I thought your personality developed through your interaction with the world. And yet, it was pretty clear that we’re all born with a very unique, specific sense of who we are.”

“Soul” introduces Joe Gardner, a middle-school band teacher whose true passion is playing jazz. “I think Joe is having that crisis that all artists have,” says Powers. “He’s increasingly feeling like his lifelong dream of being a jazz musician is not going to pan out and he’s asking himself ‘Why am I here? What am I meant to be doing?’ Joe personifies those questions.”

Jamie Foxx lends his voice to Joe, while Tina Fey voices 22. “The comedy comes naturally,” says Murray. “But the subtle emotion that reveals the truth to the characters is really something special.”
